KCanG §16 — Club Membership Cap

Cannevo operates as a platform for licensed Anbauvereinigungen (cannabis social clubs) under the Konsumcannabisgesetz (KCanG). Clubs using this platform are required to maintain compliance with KCanG §16 (membership cap of 500 members per club, minimum age 18, no commercial resale) and KCanG §26 (dispensing records, quantity limits, and audit documentation).

Cannevo Technologies GmbH acts as a software processor only. Each club is solely responsible for its own regulatory compliance, licensing, and reporting obligations under KCanG, BtMG, and applicable state law.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cannevo platform services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Services. Cannevo provides software-as-a-service tools for cannabis social clubs operating under KCanG in Germany. Services include member management, dispensing gate checks, cultivation tracking, and compliance documentation.

2. Eligibility. You must be a licensed club operator or an authorised staff member of a licensed club. Members of clubs must be 18 years or older.

3. Acceptable use. You may not use the platform for any purpose other than running a KCanG-compliant club. Commercial resale, distribution to non-members, or circumvention of §26 gate checks is prohibited.

4. Data and privacy. Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability. Cannevo Technologies GmbH provides the platform on a reasonable efforts basis. We are not liable for regulatory non-compliance resulting from incorrect club-operator configuration. Each club operator is responsible for their own KCanG compliance.

6. Governing law. These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

7. Changes. We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
